Last night I started Pamela Scott's "Acting Through Dreams Intensive Workshop" based on Sandra Seacat's work. There are twenty of us in the class and we'll be going for two months meeting at least three times a week.
"Sandra Seacat (Actress and Acting Coach) discovered and developed a technique for actors (based on Carl Jung) of working with dreams to tap directly into the unconscious. Applying this technique to your acting craft will open you up emotionally and give a depth to your work you've never dreamed possible. Many phenomenal actors use this method as a way of developing their roles. Pam's classmates with Sandra included Marlo Thomas, Betty Buckley, Brooke Shields, Laura Dern, Gina Gershon, Isabella Rossellini, Blythe Danner, Don Johnson and Academy Award winners Jessica Lange and Tatum O'Neil. Also, Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams work this way."

I have long been fascinated by my dreams. Writing them down in my journal and sharing them with trusted friends, trying my best to allow them to show me what I cannot see. Now I will let them shed light on my actress. I look forward to receiving what dreams may come- waking and sleeping.
